During warmer months or when shipping to hot climates, we include insulated liners and cold packs in our packaging to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

All Bixby Chocolate products are handcrafted in our solar-powered facility located on the coast of Rockland, Maine.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the weight of the order.
